almotamar.net - President Ali Abdullah Saleh discussed in Aden Monday with the United States ambassador to Yemen Stephen Seche bilateral relations and fields of cooperation at various political, economic, cultural, security and fighting terror in addition to the American support to Yemen through the Millennium Fund.

The American ambassador commended during the meeting the level of cooperation and the steady development of the Yemeni-American relations, affirming the US keenness on strengthening and developing the relations of cooperation and partnership with Yemen in a manner serving common interests and praising Yemen's efforts in fighting terror.

On his part president Ali Abdullah Saleh affirmed Yemen's keenness on enhancing and developing its relations and areas of cooperation and partnership between the two countries, expressing his satisfaction over the steady development of the two friendly countries.

The president also praised the United States stands in supporting Yemen and its unity, security, stability and it developmental and democratic pursuit.
