Almotamar.net - Deputy Chairman of the Supreme National Anti-Corruption authority (SNACA) Balqis Abuisbaa announced Wednesday that a German exert has arrived in Sana'a to help the officials at the SNACA draw up structural and organisational visions of the Authority.
Abuisbaa told almotamar.net the participation of the German experts in preparation of the organisational regulation of the Authority is part of the support presented to Yemen by the German GTZ organisation, pointing out that the German expert would continue over two weeks his work with officials at the authority in preparation of organisational and structural procedures of the authority.
The German establishment GTZ carries out many activities supporting Yemen in building institutional capacities and sup [porting decentralization as part of a programme of developmental cooperation with Yemen and that includes many other development areas.
On the other hand Abuisbaa indicated that the SNACA has almost finished investigation in a number of corruption issues and it is expected to send them to court.
German expert participates in organising the SNACA
In 2007 the opposition Yemen Congregation for Reform (Islah) Islamic oriented Party maintained its having political and media sway over the Joint meeting Parties (JMP) block, also consisting of Yemen Socialist Party and the Nasserite Unionist Organisation.
