almotamar.net - Residents of the district of Qatan, Hadramout governorate on Thursday all attempts aimed at provoking seditions and the rift of national rank and all terrorizing practices against the citizens through statements and speeches delivered at festivals intended for antagonizing people each against the other as well as spreading differences and rancours and hatred, similar to what happened in the festival organized by the Joint Meeting Parties (JMP) held recently in the district of Qatan.
At the end of their festival on the 18th anniversary of the unity and elections of governors, the residents affirmed their adherence to fraternity and forgiveness and to be aloof from being dragged to voices that intend to split the unity of their rank and create differences for certain goals that have become well-known to all.
In a statement, almotamar.net obtained a copy of it, the people of Qatan district said those outdated ways since the periods of seditions and are intended basically for causing troubles for egoistic purposes resulting great damage for the sons of the district and against their security and stability.
They have also lauded election of governors scheduled on 17 of this month, mention the elections represent a sincere meeting of the promise of President Ali Abdullah Saleh he made in his election platform.
Qatan people denounce JMP attempts to provoke sedition
