Almotamar.net - The Presidential decrees Nos.(26& 27) for 2014 were issued Saturday determining the work mechanism of the Constitution Drafting Committee and forming the committee's members.

The first decree includes six chapters containing objectives and principles, constitution drafting committee and its general secretariat, the committee's mechanism of action, the preparation and publication of the constitution's draft, consultations and amendments, and finally the last chapter is on the final provisions.

While the second decree's first article stipulates the formation of the Constitution Drafting Committee's members as following:

1- Esmail Ahmed al-Wazir.
2- D/ Ja'far Abdullah Shawtah.
3- D/ Olfat Mohammed al-Doba'i.
4- D/Ahmed Zabin Atyah.
5- D/Abdul-Rashid Abdul-Hafez Abdul-Whase.
6- Judge/ Najeeb Abdul-Rahman al-Shamiri.
7- D/ Abas Mohammed Zaid.
8- D/ Abdul-Rahman Ahmed al-Muktahr.
9- D/ Mohammed Mousa al-Amiri.
10- Marwan Abdullah No'man.
11- Ahmed Omar Bamatraf.
12- D/ Entelaq Mohammed al-Mutawakel.
13- D/ Nihal Naji al-Awlaqi.
14- D/ Mo'een Abdul-Malik Saeed.
15- Ja'far Saeed Salem Basaleh.
16- D/ Saeed Breek al-Sakouti.
17- Randa Mohammed Salem Abdo.

The decrees shall be operative from date of their issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
