Almotamar.net - The army and people's committees purged a strategic location in Marib province from Saudi-paid mercenaries on Saturday, a military 9official said.

The official said that a rapid intervention unity of the army and people's committees managed to purge Alderma site north of Makhdera area and a number of neighboring hilltops from the mercenaries after fierce battles that left a large number of mercenaries dead and wounded.

The official added that the army and popular committees seized weapons and quantities of ammunition from Saudi-paid collaborators.
