Almotamar.net - President of the Supreme Political Council Saleh Al-Sammad met on Thursday at the Republican Palace in Sana'a with Ali bin Ali al-Qaisi.

The meeting discussed the local authority's situation in the provinces and the role of the Local Administration Ministry in confronting the Saudi aggression on Yemen, as well as the implications of the unjust air, land and sea blockade and its effects on the humanitarian aspect and on the level of service delivery.

Al-Sammad highly appreciated the efforts of the ministry's leadership and its positive role in controlling the institutional performance in the local authority and alleviating the aggression repercussions and the unfair siege effects on the Yemeni people.

In the meeting, al-Qaisi presented a detailed report on the results of the consultative meetings conducted by the ministry with the local authority leaders in the capital Sana'a and the provinces.
