Almotamar.net- - SANA'A- Prime Minister Abdul-Qader Bajammal affirmed today the fishing sector, whether administration, marketing, industry, or protection, represents the prominent challenges for the situation of fishing sector in the Arab world at this stage. He called for improving fishing researches as far as economy and environment are concerned so as to make use of this important sector that can support Arab economies.
During the opening of Arab Ministerial Council meeting on fishing sector in the Arab World, Bajammal stressed on the importance of nutritive substances of fish, as well as economic importance of fishing products. "This productive wealth is peculiar as it is fruitful," he said.
He further stressed on the importance of conducting studies on environmental and biological life of marine creatures to ensure their growing and improvement constantly.
He made mention of the issues to be discussed during the meeting, thanking the Council for agreeing Yemen to be the premises of Arab Fishery Council
