Almotamar Net - SANAA- The Specialized Penal First Instance Court began today trying Khalid al-Hela and Mohammed al-Mass, suspected of attempting to assassinate former US ambassador to Sanaa Admond Hall. In its first sitting held today, the court has decided to adjourn the trial till the 12 nd of December so that the prosecution can offer evidence for the second time and enable the defense get a copy of the cases file. The indictment read out by Judge Nageeb al-Qaderi states that the two suspects agreed to assassinate the former American ambassador to Sana'a as they preprared themselves for the task by buying arms and following up the ambassador.
Head of the prosecution presented evidence including the confession of the suspects to attacking the ambassador as they were provoked by the killings that take place in Iraq.
