He added in a statement to almotamar.net that investigations conducted by security apparatuses on the threats received by Jews living in the area of Al Salem from elements affiliate of the banned Faithful Youth organization revealed that the threats were made by an irresponsible person and he is presently chased in preparation for interrogating him and send him to court.

The governor of Saada assured the 45 Jews who have left heir houses that arrangements were ongoing to return them amid a continued security protection, confirming that Yemen renders all care and attention to sons of the Jewish community because they are Yemeni citizens and no one is allowed to harass them or displace them and they will live in peace and there is no worry about them.

The governor added they are Yemeni citizens having the right to protection, stability and safety as any other Muslim Yemeni citizen.
A letter of threat had been received by sons of the Jewish community last Thursday demanding them to leave their area in less than a week and accused them of acts the letter said they were serving the world Zionism that works for corrupting the people and strip them from their principles, values and morals.
