SANAA, - Chairman of the Agriculture Cooperative Union Mohammad Basheer said that the union would represent Yemen in the meetings of the Central Council of Arab Farmers Union to be held in Algeria late in November.

Basheer said that the meetings would attempt to find out the best way to create the agriculture integration among the Arab countries and means to facilitate the flowing of agricultural products among Arab countries .

He said the participants would discuss, over two days, the joining of Iraq and Somalia to the Union.
Basheer pointed out that the Yemeni Agriculture Farmers Union has completed all preparations for holding the 2nd general conference in May 2007 in Sana'a with participation of 350 leading figures in all Arab unions to elect the AFU administrative authority and executive board members.
