Almotamar.net Gulf News - Abu Dhabi: President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Wednesday held talks with President Ali Abdullah Saleh of Yemen, who is on an official visit to the UAE.
Shaikh Khalifa welcomed Yemen's President and hoped that the visit would contribute to enhancing the brotherly ties between the two countries.
Shaikh Khalifa reaffirmed the UAE's keenness to activate all avenues of cooperation with Yemen, especially in economic, commercial and investment fields.
Shaikh Khalifa and Saleh exchanged views on the latest regional and international developments, particularly security and political developments that concern both countries. They stressed their support for all international efforts aimed at reviving the Mideast peace process.
