Almotamar.net - BERLIN, March 10 (Saba) - The Golden Gate competition committee which held its meeting on the sideline of Berlin International Tourism Bourse in Germany granted Yemen on Saturday the Golden Gate Award which is given to the best tourist sites in the World.

Yemen participated in the competition with two documentary films showing the tourist industry and the marvelous tourist nature in Yemen.

The film which won the award shows diversity of tourism in Yemen, its antiquities, cultural, mountainous, climbing, diving,
glider and desert tourism.

Executive Director of Tourist Promotion Council Jamal Ma'agam and Abdullah Rasam Yemeni diplomat in Berlin received the Award.
