almotamar.net - President Ali Abdullah Saleh on Monday received at the Presidency Palace Arab and Islamic countries delegations that have come to Yemen to offer condolences on passing away of Speaker of Yemen parliament Sheikh Abdullah Bin Hussein Al-Ahmar. Present with the president are the sons of the late Sheikh Sadeq, Hamid, Hussein, Hashid, Hashim and Mithhij and his grandsons.

The president received the delegations of Sudan headed by Speaker of the National Assembly and the advisor to the president, the Egyptian delegation headed by chairman of Arab Affairs Committee at the Parliament, the Jordanian delegation headed by Advisor to the King of Jordan, the Oman sultanate delegation led by Chairman of the Shoura Council, the Libyan delegation led by the Foreign Minister, the Palestinian delegation headed by Advisor of the National Security, the personal emissary of the Palestinian President, Hamas delegation chaired by Chairman of the Politburo, representative of the Lebanese parliament, the Bahrain kingdom delegation chaired by Sheikh Khalifa Bin Hamad al-Dhahrani, the Algerian delegation led by member of the parliament, the Ethiopian delegation led by Minister of Social Affairs and Labour, Islamic leading scholar Amru Khalid, delegation of the Muslim Parliamentarians Forum, the Arab Organisation for Tourism led by its chairman, the Lebanese Hezbollah delegation led by member of party's political council, the ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in addition to a number of figures and delegations of Islamic organisations and movements in a number of Arab and Islamic countries.
Al the delegations have offered condolences to the President and sons of the late Sheikh Abdullah Bin Hussein al-Ahmar Speaker of Yemen's parliament.
