Almotamar Net - Prime Minister Abdul-Qader Ba-Jammal expressed
on Tuesday the appreciation for president Ali Abdullah Saleh to renew
his confidence on the government.

In his speech in a meeting of the cabinet headed by president Ali 
AbdullahSaleh, Ba-Jammal said that the governmental "is a title of 
progress toserve interests of all." 

He said that the administrative system for the governmental bodies

He said that the meeting confirmed that the process of development
wouldnot stop due to social or cultural obstacles, adding that
general reformsare a public request.

He said that GPC party proves under the leadership of president Ali
AbdullahSaleh that it is strong party and has capabilities to adapt
with changes.

He said that the party has achieved the unification and realized its
historicalresponsibility toward tasks of the future political and
development processof the country.

He affirmed that the government within its new tasks realize needs
forfollowing requirements of the new stage confidently.

He said that the program of the government depends basically on
programof the GPC which required drawing policies of the
comprehensive reformat all levels politically, finically,
democratically and legal reformsto realize real progress in
financial and administrative decentralizationas well as extension of
popular participation in running local affairs.

He pointed out to the national task of the government to fulfill
nationalunity and protecting sovereignty of the country and its
political decision.

He said that the country rejected any external interfere in internal
affairs,confirming that the government would go ahead with program
of reducingpoverty within plan of Millennium Development Goals by
2015.

He said that the government would pay further attention to the issues
of the basic services such as electricity, water, roads, public
health,education as well as make amendments on laws to facilitate
investmentsof the private sector in fields of industry and tourism.
He said thatthe government would continue its efforts in reforming
judicial systemas it is importance to enhance social stability in
the country.

Then, the cabinet discussed a number of issues in its agenda. The
cabinetformed a committee headed by the minister of local
administration to makeamendments on the tending law in accordance
with directives of the presidentAli Abdullah Saleh which affirmed
importance of setting up an independenttending committee.

The cabinet also approved Paris agreement which stated protecting
industrialownership, asking minister of industry and trade and
minister of statefor legal affairs to finalize constitutional legal
measures to ratifyit.

The cabinet approved results of the joint meeting of the
Yemeni-Chinesecommittee which was held in Beijing last month.
