Almotamar.net - The chairwoman of the Cultural Development Foundation Dr Raoufa Hassan attributed failure of the political parties to reach an agreement on the woman quota to the stand of the Yemeni Congregation for Reform (Islah) which is divided on itself regarding the woman participation.

In opening meetings of the training course supporting the issues of the political participation opened in Taiz on Tuesday, she said ,� If the problem was in the constitutional amendment concerning the quota, al the parties will be committed except the Islah party that is divided between supporter and opponent to the woman political participation.�

Dr Hassan said the course is aimed at exchanging expertise and authenticating the connection between the participants and the woman programmes on the woman participation.
The deputy governor of Taiz Abdulqader Hatim affirmed the necessity that the political arties agree on the 15% even in certain constituencies and to give the woman her right away from hindrance.
