Almotamar Net - Local sources in Hudeida, west Yemen, said Thursday concerned authorities captured a shipment of narcotic drugs on board a ship coming from Pakistan. Coast Guard forces had in the mid of last April caught a Pakistani ship offshore Hadramout carrying a shipment of narcotics estimated at tens of tons and before that in March they seized an Iranian ship carrying two tons of narcotics, along with its crew that had been of Iranian and Pakistani nationalities.
Drug traffickers usually try to enter shipments of drugs into Yemen via the sea for trafficking or smuggling them to the Gulf states especially Saudi Arabia.
