Almotamar.net - In its ordinary meeting on Tuesday chaired by Prime Minister Dr Ali Mohammed Mujawar the cabinet approved formation of a committee headed by the premier to decide topics related to ownership of the state of lands and real estates allocated to Yemeni diplomatic missions as well as those of diplomatic missions accredited to Yemen.

The committee that includes the Ministers of Foreign Affairs, the Legal Affairs, Public Works and Roads, Finance, in addition to Chairman of Investment Authority and Head of Survey and City Planning Authority, is to undertake drawing up a clear mechanism regulating this process according to the available need and potentials in the manner compatible with existent laws and regulations.

On the other hand the cabinet approved a bill regarding classification and registration of contractors presented by the Minister of Public Works and Roads provided that it would be studied with the Higher Committee of Government Tenders and Biddings before being approved in its final draft.
