Almotamar Net - Specialised appeals section has in its sitting Monday fixed date for issuing sentence in the case of the accused of forming  the armed gang of 2nd Sanaa Cell for killing and sabotage in addition to targeting military and security installations in Yemen. In the sitting the defendants completed their presentation of their appeal and asked to fix a date for announcing the verdict as the prosecution did likewise.

Almotamar.net - Specialised appeals section has in its sitting Monday fixed date for issuing sentence in the case of the accused of forming the armed gang of 2nd Sana'a Cell for killing and sabotage in addition to targeting military and security installations in Yemen. In the sitting the defendants completed their presentation of their appeal and asked to fix a date for announcing the verdict as the prosecution did likewise.

The court stopped the charge against the 10th defendant Abdulkarim al-Khaiwani who had been released under presidential directives.

The Specialised criminal court had on 9 June 2008 issued its primary verdict with death sentence against the first defendant Jaafar al-Marhabi in the Sana'a 2nd terrorist cell and gave 11 eleven members of the cell imprisonment of 1-10 years as condemnation against them is confirmed.
