almotamar.net - Yemeni official sources said Thursday that president Ali Abdullah Saleh will send two messages to King of Saudi Arabia Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz and sultan Qaboos Bin Saeed of Oman.

The first message would be conveyed by Deputy Premier for Defence and Security Affairs, the Minister of Local Administration Dr Rashad al-Alimi in a visit to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia next Saturday. The second message would be carried by the Foreign Minister Dr Abubakr al-Qirbi who visits Oman next Sunday.


26 September newspaper quoted reliable sources that the message carried by Dr al-Alimi to the Saudi Monarch deals with situations in region, among the developments of the situations in Somalia and the coordination of Yemen efforts with Saudi Arabia regarding sea piracy in the international waters offshore the Gulf of Aden, the Red Sea and the Indian Ocean, in addition to dealing with bilateral relations and ways of supporting and enhancing them in all areas.

Meanwhile the sources said the message of President Saleh to Sultan Qaboos of Oman is directed to the Gulf leaders and related to issues of concern for Yemen and the Gulf Cooperation Council states scheduled to hold their next summit in Muscat at late of the present month.
