In the court sitting held under chairmanship of Judge Muhsin Alwan and presence of the defendants lawyer the prosecution presented the seized evidence including a computer set seized with the first defendant Abdulkarim Laji containing documents and reports with information on the Yemeni Coast Guard, the security situation , the National Security, on training of the Coast Guard, full information on the system of the Coast Guard which the first defendant delivered to Iranians at the Iranian embassy.

The prosecution also presented three CDs containing full information on the Coast Guard and the Free Zone in addition to a flash disk containing information delivered to Iranians by the fist defendant plus 3 mobile telephones with which the defendant was contacting staff in the Iranian embassy in Sana�a. On asking the defendant on his relationship with the seized evidence presented by the prosecution he replied in confession that the evidence were seized with him as well as the information they contained.


The prosecution also presented the seized evidence with the second defendant Hani Mahmoud, secretary of the Director General of the Coast Guard in Hadramout containing information ob the Coat Guard and gunboats he delivered to the first defendant plus a camera with photos of Coast Guard gunboats in addition to $2500 of the sums of money the second defendant was receiving from the Iranian in return for the information he provided them. When he was asked about the evidence he replied in confession that the seized evidence belonged to him.

After the prosecution finished presentation of the evidence the defendants lawyer said no evidence was seized with the third defendant Iskandar Abdullah Yusuf and the file is free of any evidence condemning him and she demands his release.

The court postponed the next sitting to three weeks to enable the defendants to present their defences and replies to the prosecution evidence.
