Almotamar.net - Yemen Interior Ministry has said Monday security authorities have been able to capture more than 120 wanted persons since it has begun its campaign of hutting down those persons wanted for security reasons and chasing the dangerous elements. They are escapees from justice for many year and accused of committing crimes of killing, armed robbery crimes of forced theft and other sorts of cr�mes.

The Interior Ministry Security Information Centre said the operation of hunting down those wanted persons has expanded to include different governorates in Yemen especially after the Ministry has recently distributed a pictorial directory on 116 of the wanted in addition to 12 wanted from al-Qaeda organisation elements involved in the blasting operations in Shibam , Hadramout and the capital.

Security sector at the Interior Ministry indicated that the ministry has instructed security apparatuses to classify the wanted persons in all provinces of Yemen in accordance with their danger and the crimes they have been accused of committing. The security sector also called on the citizens all over Yemen to cooperate with security apparatuses by informing on the wanted and places of their presence to the nearest police station or through calling the free of charge phone number (199)
