Almotamar.net - An official source at the Prime Minister office has Tuesday expressed his regret over irresponsible press handlings that some newspapers are used to in spreading rumours about existence of differences inside the government. The latest of such rumours is the false and fabricated news published in Al-Diyar newspaper on differences among members of the cabinet.

The source added that what news that newspaper published in its issue of last Sunday under a heading of � battle inside the government � is considered one of proofs on non-commitment to responsibility and embodiment of work of yellow papers which resort to fabricate lies for libel about a certain party without any observation of the simplest rules of journalistic profession.

The source added that while he deems the news as groundless and things that have not happened at all he affirmed the right to sue this newspaper and others that tackled the same topic in which they did not observe the minimum credibility and offended the sanctity of press profession.
