Almotamar.net,Saba - President Ali Abdullah Saleh phoned on Saturday the Saudi King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud congratulating him on the safety of the Prince Mohammed bin Nayef, Assistant Interior Minister for Security Affairs from the terrorist action which targeted him.

Saleh again condemned the criminal accident, which violates the Islamic faith and principles as well as the human values.

During the phone call, the two leaders discussed the brotherly relations and aspects of cooperation between the two countries as well as ways of promoting them.

Saleh and Abdullah also discussed Arab and regional developments of common concerns.

The attack against Prince Mohammed bin Nayef, mentioned to be assassination attempt, took place on Thursday when a militant blew up himself in the office of Prince Nayef.

The attack caused slight injuries to the Saudi prince.
