Almotamar.net, Saba - Cabinet applauded in Sana’a on Tuesday the distinct results of the London meeting on Yemen held on Wednesday, January 27, in the British capital, London.

In its weekly meeting chaired by Prime Minister Ali Mujawar, the cabinet hailed the efforts of the national team's efforts made to prepare for the London meeting and to identify Yemen's challenges, its causes and ways to tackle them.

The cabinet said that the meeting mobilized the international support for Yemen in areas of development, economy and security.

It appreciated the positive attitudes of the participated countries that have been included in the closing statement of the London meeting, which has emphasized the Yemen's sovereignty and not to interfere in its internal affairs in addition to the international community support to the Yemeni unity, security and prosperity.

The cabinet asserted the significance of arranging well for the coming meeting scheduled to be held in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, late on February to identify the required support for the Yemen's priorities in the development, economic and security areas.

The cabinet's meeting has listened to a report of the Prime Minister on the London Meeting and the discussions made by the participants.


The cabinet has also discussed a report presented by the deputy Premier for Economic Affairs , the Minister of Planning and International Cooperation on results of assessing the level of implementation of projects financed by donors’ pledges in London Donor conference in 2006 in sectors of higher education , education, technical education and vocational training .
