Almotamar.net - Assistant deputy governor of Lahj province, Yemen Qassim Abdulrahman al-Afifi said Wednesday that the Joint Meeting Parties (JMP) are the major motivators for the secessionist elements of sabotage.

Al-Afifi added that the gangs committing killing, plundering and blocking roads are the manufacture of the parties of the JMP that marketed those elements as practicing a peaceful act whereas they practice the worst crimes against the sons of Lahj and other provinces.

He has asserted that well-known leaderships in the JMP manage the action of those stray forces and deal with them as the military wing of the opposition.

The Lahj province official indicated to the security measures taken by security authorities in the province have been met with great welcome by the sons of the province who felt relief after the state of chaos they have experienced under the mercy of the secessionist gangs of sabotage.

Al-Afifi affirmed that the address of the President of the Republic on Monday was met with large rally by the people of Lahj province who have supported all of its contents and considered them as directives to them for confronting the secessionist elements that caused destruction and anarchy. He considered the address of the President as a last chance for the stray forces that work on tensing the political life, whether those forces were the secessionist or those feigning patriotism.
