Almotamar.net - The Egyptian Prime Minister Dr Ahmed Nadhif announced Saturday evening that Egypt supports the Yemeni initiative aimed at activation of the of the Arab Joint Action through establishing an Arab States Union in case it is issued by the General Secretariat of the Arab League.

In a statement to the Yemeni news agency Saba correspondent at the Arab summit , Dr Nadhif , who is leading Egypt�s delegation to the summit , said , � There is a number of initiative3es aimed at reforming the Arab League and the Yemeni initiative comes at the forefront those distinguished initiatives. �

The Egyptian Prime Minister has also praised the valuable address delivered by President Ali Abdullah Saleh at the opening session of the 22nd Arab summit that began its meetings in the Libyan city of Surt on Saturday.
