Almotamar.net - The Yemeni-Saudi Nakhil Aden Company for Real Estate Development and Evolvement opened its headquarters in Aden city Monday as part of launching its investment projects in the Free Zone, Aden, Yemen.

The Director General of the company for the Saudi side Dr Fahd Omar Bashihab told Almotamar.net opening the company�s offices and its establishment comes as part of enhancing the economic partnership among Yemeni and Saudi businessmen in the manner realizing aspirations and orientations of the two countries� political leaderships represented by President Ali Abdullah Saleh and King of Saudi Arabia Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz aimed at enhancing cooperation among the two countries� investors and building joint investment projects.

He added that the company is presently implementing Aden residential city as the first sea-locked residential city in Yemen, overlooking the coast of Aden Gulf at a cost of $ 80 million. The city is being built over three stages according to accurate engineering studies and taking into consideration of all environmental factors.
