Almotamar.net - The 30-member committee branched from the joint committee for preparation for the national dialogue held its second meeting on Thursday, chaired by vice president of the republic, the vice chairman of the General People’s Congress (GPC), the rotating chairman of the committee Abid Rabu Mansour Hadi.

A press statement issued by the committee, a copy of which was received by Almotamar.net, mentioned that discussions among members of the committee were characterized by friendly and sincere atmospheres aimed at reaching positive results of the dialogue serving the higher interests of the homeland.

The committee approved in its meeting controls and mechanisms of work of the 30-member committee for the preparation of the national dialogue as well as communication the Sons of Yemen League party, the peaceful movement in southern provinces and the opposition abroad.

The committee also approved communication and consultations with political and social activities and civil society organisations.

The committee approved the composition of the team tasked with preparing for the political atmospheres and communication with political forces and organisations of civil society as well as continuation of following up release of detainees included in the presidential pardon mentioned in the political statement of President of the republic on the 20th Day of the Yemeni Republic.

The committee decided to hold its next meeting on 28 of this month.
