Almotamar.net - The Yemeni parliament has on Monday accepted proposal by the President of the Republic for withdrawing draft amendments of the elections law from its agenda in its present session.

The President said in his letter, read out by MP Nabil Basha, the proposal aims at leaving opportunity to the dialoguers, in his indication to the ongoing dialogue between the ruling party General People�s Congress (GPC) and the opposition Joint Meeting Parties (JMP).

The President has also drawn the attention, in the letter, that the amendments were done in accord between the GPC and the JMP. MP�s have raised the President�s keenness on what contains of the national interest.

On the other hand, Chairman of the Central Organisation for Control and Auditing (COCA) Dr Abdullah al-Sanafi presented a statement on revising accounts of the state for the last year.
