Almotamar.net - A presidential decree No. 22 for the year 2010 has been issued Wednesday on formation of the Supreme Commission for Elections and Referendum (SCER).

The presidential decree was issued after consideration of the Yemeni constitution and the Law No. 13 for 2001 concerning elections and referendum and its amendments in the Law 3 for 2006, Law 26 for 2006 and the Law 26 for 2010 and according of the list approved by the parliament containing nomination of 15 judges, it has been decided the formation of the SCER of 9 judges.

The decree decided implementation of it on the date of its issuance and publication in the official gazette.
