Almotamar.net - Aden Gulf Company Ltd. for Development on Monday held ceremony on launching its project in Aden. The company signed two agreements with each of ICOM Company fro Technical Services and Brook Wood Capital Corporation Company to work as major consultants for the development of Aden Gulf project in Aden Free Zone and Aden Port.

A press release issued by the Information Administration at Hayel Saeed Anam Companies Group mentioned that ICOM Company would undertake the responsibility of establishing a main plan, development plan, administration plan and a plan for operation. It would also supervise and structure the major engineering activities related to the project. As for the other company it would develop the work and financial plans of the project.

For its part the administration of the Free Zone in Aden affirmed its going on in offering all facilities and advantages that would attract local and foreign investments and the serious work for the success of that project that would render Aden to the level of advanced cities.

The project of Aden Gulf will build a multi-purpose economic zone with a main plan providing 15-20 job opportunities. The main structures of the project would be consisted of a logistic zone, commercial zone, a zone for light industries, residential area and facilities of the sea platform including a sea platform for ships.

Aden Gulf and administration of the Free Zone in Aden signed on December 2010 an agreement for development and operation, followed by laying g the foundation stone by President Ali Abdullah Saleh in Aden and then the agreement was ratified by the Yemeni Prime minister on 8 December 2010.
