Almotamar.En - Sana'a - Assistant Secretary General of the General People's Congress (GPC) for Political Affairs and External Relations Sheikh Sultan al-Barakani has met on Wednesday Mr Sergey Kozlov , Russian ambassador in Yemen .
During the meeting . various political developments and the latest pressures of the national dialogue conference discussed . Al-Barakain stressed on the GCC initiatives and its executive mechanism to overcome the crisis and maintain the security and stability for Yemeni people
For his part, the Russian ambassador , Kozlov praised the national effective role of the General People's Congress ( GPC ) among society . and its political leadership and determination to ensures the success of political settlement to overcome the crisis .
Kozlov highlighted that the international community including the sponsors of the GCC imitative of the power transition in peacefully way highly appreciate the great efforts which already achieved urging all parties and political figures to go ahead to complete this pressures of the best peaceful transition of the power in Yemen .
Moreover, several issues discussed related to the current political developments in both Yemen and region generally .
