Almotamar.net - Head of the Supreme National Authority for Combating Corruption (SNACC) Afrah Badwylan met on Wednesday with Japanese Deputy Ambassador to Yemen.
They discussed the cooperation aspects between the two countries in the field of combating corruption.
At the meeting, Badwylan received an invitation from the Japanese side to take part in a meeting for exchanging expertise in combating corruption, which is hosted by the Japanese capital Tokyo during October and November with the participation of 24 countries.
Badwylan pointed to the SNACC's efforts to combat corruption and the legal obstacles facing its work, affirming the importance of overcoming those obstacles to implement the outcomes of the National Dialogue Conference (NDC).
For his part, the Japanese diplomat reviewed the Japanese experience in the field of combating corruption and enhancing the values of integrity and good governance. |
