The message dealt with bilateral relations and areas of cooperation of the two countries in addition to recent regional, Arab and international developments particularly developments in Iraq and Palestine. It also dealt with the peace conference and the upcoming Gulf Cooperation Council summit conference and means of cementing partnership and cooperation between Yemen and the GCC states.
