In his speech to Yemeni people in the country and abroad and Arab and Islamic peoples on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, President Saleh said "We recall for all Yemenis in the country to be ready to participate in the upcoming parliamentary elections", affirming that the elections will take place at the planned time in order to promote the democratic approach and embodying the principle of the peaceful transfer of power.
