The Russian official conveyed to the President a message from the Russian President Dimitry Medvedev dealing with bilateral relations and areas of joint cooperation as well as means of enhancing them. The message also dealt with regional and international issues and developments of common interest especially developments in the Middle East and the Horn of Africa.
