The talks , to be chaired by the GPC Assistant Secretaries General Sheikh Sultan al-Barakani and Dr Ahmed Ubeid bin Daghr for the GPC side, while the PLO delegation would be chaired by Abbas Zeki, Advisor to the Palestinian President, are to deal with bilateral relations of the two parties.
