In this occasion , Dr Bin Dagher congratulated Al-Haq Party for this occasion for its annual conference and sending leadership's greetings of the President of the Republic , Abdu Rabbu Mansour Hadi the first Deputy Secretary-General of GPC and the GPC's Leader Ali Abdullah Saleh , expressing his wishes to the Al-Haq Party Conference to succeed in bringing new recommendations and decisions to let Al-Haq Party to participate in building the new modern state of Yemen based on the justice and equality which meet the Yemeni People's aspiration .
