This came in a meeting, which was held at the headquarters of the Smart Village in Cairo and gathered Minister of Telecommunications and Information Technology Dr. Ahmed bin Daghr with his Egyptian counterpart Atef Helmy. The meeting dealt with the possibility of benefiting from the Egyptian developed expertise in the field of professional services of information and telecommunications technology
