The session discussed a roadmap for a transitional period and perceptions of the parties to form a consensus government and military and security committees and functions and term of each of them and how to make decision of their formation. The debates continued in the session on the previous topics amid the other side's evasion from the compromises in order to ensure a positive path for the negotiations by insisting on its alleged legitimacy to manage the transitional phase.
