Almotamar.net, Saba - President Ali Abdullah Saleh promised on Wednesday all citizens that victory over the Houthi gang of rebellion and terror in Saada and Harf Sufyan in Amran province is coming. In a speech delivered in a celebration on the occasion of the 46th anniversary of the 14 October revolution, President Saleh said that armed forces win daily great victories against Houthi rebels but we do not announce them.

President Saleh announced granting the war martyrs, disabled and wounded the Order of Courage. He saluted the martyrs run for death For the sake of the country without coercion.

"As I said before, a new department at the commander in chief office has been established to render care for families of martyrs and gave them priority in schools, universities and hospitals", the president said.

As a vicious attack by the imamate backwardness powers repeated in Saada governorate, President Saleh wondered that against whom Houthis defend themselves?! They attack districts, police stations and military positions and allege that they are defending themselves.

This war has been imposed on the State� the rebels have attacked checkpoints, engaged in a highway robbery, slain old people and displaced women and children from Saada governorate, Saleh said.

"Why do they revenge from citizens?" the President asked.

He said that we receive over 120,000 displaced people and tens of billions of riyals, appropriated for comprehensive development, are spent in this war.

"We did not want to purchase weapons with such billions, but we are forced to do so." he said.

On the other hand, President Saleh talked about a constitutional amendment towards a local ruling with broad powers. He aid, "Therefore you choose the local authorities' leadership and you�re your responsibilities in the governorates and districts.

On the gains of the revolution , President Saleh the September and October revolutions have achieved many great accomplishments in services and development areas particularly the reunification on the 22nd of May 1990.
